Spelt Rotini with Peas

 So easy this literally took me 10 minutes flat.




Ingredients:

250g Spelt rotini
200g frozen peas
2 tbsp pesto
1 tbsp light mayo
2 tbsp parmesan
1 tbsp chives
Pepper!

Method:

1. Cook the pasta for about 4 minutes then add the peas for the last 3 minutes.
2. Grate the cheese and cut the chives.
3. Drain the pasta and peas and run cold water over them until they are cold.
4. Combine all ingredients and top with pepper.
