My favourite lunch! Here's the recipe.
Tuna Quinoa Salad
1 1/2 cups of lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomato and cucumber
1 can of spicy Peanut Satay Tuna
2 oz cooked quinoa
1. Put the lettuce, tomato and cucumber in a bowl.
2. Mix the tuna and the quinoa and put it on top of the salad.
So easy! I make this all the time for lunch.
