Quinoa Crab Cakes

Quinoa Crab Cakes

1 can crab meat
1/2 cup quinoa (cooked)
1/3 cup finely chopped celery
1/3 cup shredded carrots
1 tbsp shredded ginger
1 egg
Paprika (as much as you like)
1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp olive oil
Lime


1. Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Be sure to drain the crab meat and dry the celery!
2. If the mixture seems too wet, add more flour until the consistancy is a bit sticky.
3. Heat the oil in a skillet on medium heat.
4. Roll the mixture into little balls and place them in the skillet.
5. Cook the crab cakes until they are crispy all around.
6. Garnish with a spritz of lime!
